Processing Time
All orders placed with Herrextensions are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time does not include shipping time. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Shipping
Herrextensions offers shipping within the United States (and international shipping if applicable).
• Shipping times vary based on location and carrier
• Once an order has been shipped, Herrextensions is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the carrier
• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Herrextensions does not accept returns or exchanges on:
• Wigs
• Hair bundles
• Custom or altered items
Refund Policy
Refunds are not issued once an order has been shipped.
Refunds will only be considered if:
• The incorrect item was sent, or
• The item arrived damaged
Wig & Hair Care Disclaimer
Herrextensions is not responsible for damage caused by:
• Improper installation or maintenance
• Excessive heat styling
• Coloring, bleaching, perming, or chemical processing
• Cutting or altering the hair after delivery
Once the hair has been worn, installed, altered, or processed, it is no longer eligible for review.
Custom Orders
All custom wigs and special orders are FINAL SALE. Custom orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged once production has begun.
